We bought a new home, and it came with unpleasant “odors” in the carpet that I didn’t love… Amy worked with me to get a team out quick, even moving things around to get us in before our scheduled furniture delivery. She also gave me a really good estimate (and it actually turned out to be slightly less once they got on site!). I am extremely pleased with the service. After all the carpets were shampooed, the mysterious odor is gone, along with all of the old carpet stains. I’m very happy I won’t need to replace any carpet!
